One thing I discovered when I moved to the US was that I had a hidden talent for cooking. I have made it a hobby to find new recipes, particularly those that utilize shrimp (I married a shrimp guy, that's why),so I thought I'd put them all together here.
So while the recipes here are not all Filipino cooking, they are recipes I have tried and perhaps tweaked to adapt to the Filipino palate. They're primarily for my benefit since I keep losing track of recipes I find along the way unless they're in a cookbook in my modest collection.
